The Australian government has approved the first generic version of Viagra, a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). But what exactly is Viagra? And what should the health minister consider before considering it?
For some men, the answer is simple: the drug Viagra is no more than an affordable generic version of their existing medication.
“Generic Viagra is the real deal,” says David Brennan, a medical assistant professor at the University of Sydney. “The reality is that the generic form of Viagra (Sildenafil) doesn’t provide the same level of benefits that the branded version of Viagra offers.”
The drug has been on the market since the mid-1970s, and its effects lasted for more than four hours. It can cause headaches and dizziness, which can lead to a temporary loss of vision and other eye problems.
But this new generic version of Viagra is not just the brand name. It’s also the first to be approved by the government for ED treatment. The first is called Tadalafil, which is also sold as Cialis. Its effects are similar to those of Viagra. Tadalafil and Viagra are both prescribed for erectile dysfunction, but their effects last for as long as four hours.
The government has said it will soon approve Tadalafil for the treatment of ED. As a generic, it is available as a pill. It’s not just an affordable generic — it’s a generic version of the drug.
But some men may be curious about what it’s all about, and some may wonder how the drug works for them. And how long does it take the drug to kick in?
Viagra’s brand name is Viagra, and it was created by Eli Lilly and Company in the late 1990s. The company had a patent for the drug for nearly half a century, but it didn’t begin selling the drug until 2003. In 2013, Eli Lilly and Co. was court-allowed to sell the generic version of the drug in Australia. The patent was extended to 20 years, but it didn’t get a green light until the patent expired in 2017.
While it is technically an affordable generic, its effects can be more severe. The effects can include dizziness, headache, and fainting, and it can lead to a temporary loss of vision and other eye problems. It is also not covered by the Australian government, which makes it cheaper than branded Viagra.
The government has approved Tadalafil for ED treatment, as the drug has been approved by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. The drug was approved to treat erectile dysfunction in men between 18 and 64.
The government also has been working with the government on a new generic version of the drug. The government has said it will soon approve generic Tadalafil for the treatment of ED. This new version of Viagra may also help prevent the recurrence of ED. And the drug has been shown to increase blood flow to the penis in some men.
And it could also be used as part of a treatment to treat high blood pressure. The drug is available as an oral tablet, and it works by relaxing blood vessels. It can also be taken as a pill.
If the government approves the drug for ED treatment, it could be approved later this year. That would also allow more men to get the same treatment as the brand name drug.
In the meantime, it’s worth noting that the government has not yet announced any plans to stop approving the generic version of the drug.

While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
